My name is Casey and I have mild right side hemiplegic cerebral palsy.  

This blog was born from a series of mishaps, or what I like to call "it's-just-me" stories. And what I mean by that is a lot of friends and associates start laughing before I even begin a story. To me, these stories are a part of my life, day to day living with cerebral palsy. 


My dear friend Angie was getting her laughing under control from a story I just finished, and she asked, "Have you ever thought about writing a blog?  You have such a gift in telling a story and I am sure there would be a lot of other people with Cerebral Palsy, that would get a thrill in reading about you and maybe you can give them just a little information that you know that might help them with their CP."

So here I am, and welcome everyone!

My goal is to start writing this blog depending on my life. Gosh, who knows what will happen tomorrow?  I hope to have a new story about one of my "adventures" or just a little bit of seriousness about aging with CP. So this is the only beginning, and I hope that this beneficial for not only me with your responses, but maybe I can help you too.

So, yes. I have cerebral palsy.  But I am also a sister, wife and mother.  These are the stories of me just living my life, and maybe I can help support others in a way that I never was.  Thanks for joining me!
